Biological Activity for BWX 46
Potent and highly selective NPY Y5 receptor agonist (Ki values are 0.85, 42, 3015 and 245 nM at Y5, Y1, Y2 and Y4 receptors respectively). Stimulates food intake gradually following intrahypothalamic administration in rats.
