Biological Activity for MDL 12330A hydrochloride
MDL 12330A hydrochloride is an inhibitor of adenylyl cyclase. Also inhibits cAMP and cGMP phosphodiesterases, and blocks slow extracellular and store-operated Ca2+ entry into cells.
