Photolabeling experiment by Iodoazidofenpropimorph labels multiple receptors, which can be later seen on auto radiogram. Sigma-1 (26kDa) and Sigma-2 (18kDa) receptors were also labeled. To be sure that these two bands are true Sigma-1 and Sigma-2 receptors, photolabeling experiment was performed in the presence of DTG (second lane). Both Sigma-1 and Sigma-2 receptors were selectively protected.
