Submit ReviewEHNA hydrochloride is a selective inhibitor of cGMP-stimulated phosphodiesterase (PDE2) (IC50 = 0.8 - 4 μM). Also a potent inhibitor of adenosine deaminase. Suppresses spontaneous differentiation of human ESCs in feeder-free conditions. Also prevents directed neuronal differentiation.
EHNA hydrochloride is also offered as part of the Tocriscreen Stem Cell Library. Find out more about compound libraries available from Tocris.
