Submit ReviewSalubrinal is a cell-permeable, selective inhibitor of cellular phosphatase complexes that dephosphorylate eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2 subunit α (eIF2α). Protects cells from endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced apoptosis (EC50 ~ 15 μM).
Salubrinal is also offered as part of the Tocriscreen 2.0 Max and Tocriscreen Epigenetics Library. Find out more about compound libraries available from Tocris.
