Biological Activity for S 24795

S 24795 is a partial agonist of α7 nAChR. Improves mnemonic function in aged mice for the treatment of aging-related memory disturbances. Displays more efficient memory-enhancing effects than memantine (Cat. No. 0773) in Alzheimer's disease mouse models.
