Biological Activity for SAMS Peptide

SAMS Peptide is a substrate for AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK). Phosphorylated rapidly by AMPK, it is more specific for the kinase than acetyl CoA carboxylase itself, and provides a convenient and sensitive assay for AMPK.
