Biological Activity for Stauprimide
Stauprimide is a small molecule that primes embryonic stem cells (ESCs) for differentiation. Interacts with NME2 and inhibits its nuclear translocation. Increases the efficiency of directed differentiation of mouse and human ESCs in vitro.
