Biological Activity for Rufinamide

Rufinamide is a board spectrum anticonvulsant. Prolongs the inactivation of sodium channels and limits the frequency of action potential firing in cultured and acutely isolated neurons. Displays anticonvulsive activity in a range of animal seizure models.
