Biological Activity for CYM 50308

CYM 50308 is a potent and selective sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 4 (S1P4) agonist (EC50 values are 56 nM and 2100 nM for S1P4 and S1P5 receptors, respectively). Displays no activity at S1P1, S1P2 and S1P3 receptors at concentrations up to 25 μM.
