Action of ML 239 on CSC cell lines.
By Anonymous on 10/12/2019
Species: Human

ML 239 was tested to find whether it was toxic to two CSC-like lines.Gene expression studies showed altered gene expression in the NF kappa B pathway1 and support activation of fatty acid desaturase 2 (FADS2) as a potential mechanism of action for ML 239.
