Biological Activity for PSNCBAM-1

PSNCBAM-1 is a CB1 receptor negative allosteric modulator (IC50 values are 45 and 209 nM for the inhibition of CP 55,940 and WIN 55,212-2 respectively). Has no effect at the CB2 receptor. Decreases food intake and body weight in rats.
