Acetylcholine chloride induces aortic ring relaxation.
By Chintan Koyani on 10/22/2018
Assay Type: In Vivo
Species: Mouse
Cell Line/Tissue: Aortic ring

C57BL6 mice were administered with LPS (5 mg/kg) alone or in combination with Empagliflozin (1 µM) for 16 h. Afterwards mice were sacrificed and aortic rings were isolated. Norepinephrine pre-contracted rings were incubated with indicated (in Image) concentrations of Acetylcholine chloride (ACh) to follow endothelial relaxation.

We used it as an analytical standard for quantification of acetylcholine in brain tissue.

Even 10mM solution does degrades in the -80C freezer. We keep our stock as 100mM and make new every 6 months.
