生物活性 for A 779

A 779 is a selective Mas receptor (Ang-(1-7) receptor) antagonist. Exhibits no significant affinity for AT1 or AT2 receptors at a concentration of 1 μM. Inhibits antidiuretic effect of Ang-(1-7) in water-loaded rats. Also attenuates Monocrotaline-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats.
