生物活性 for Ceranib 1

Ceranib 1 is a ceramidase inhibitor; inhibits proliferation in SKOV3 ovarian carcinoma cells (IC50 = 3.9 μM). Induces accumulation of ceramide species and decreases sphingosine and sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) levels in SKOV3 cells.

Programmed Cell Death Poster

Programmed Cell Death Poster

There are two currently recognized forms of programmed cell death: apoptosis and necroptosis. This poster summarizes the signaling pathways involved in apoptosis, necroptosis and cell survival following death receptor activation, and highlights the influence of the molecular switch, cFLIP, on cell fate.
