生物活性 for HI TOPK 032

HI TOPK 032 is a T-LAK-cell-originated protein kinase (TOPK) inhibitor; exhibits selectivity for TOPK over other MAPKK family members including ERK1, JNK1 and p38. Blocks proliferation of HCT116 colon cancer cells; suppresses tumor growth in a colon cancer xenograft model. Also inhibits Chk1 (IC50 = 9.6 μM).

MAPK Signaling Scientific Review

MAPK Signaling Scientific Review

MAP kinase signaling is integral to the regulation of numerous cellular processes such as proliferation and differentiation, and as a result is an important focus of cancer and immunology research. Updated for 2016, this review discusses the regulation of the MAPK pathway and properties of MAPK cascades. Compounds available from Tocris are listed.
