生物活性 for IQ 3

IQ 3 is a selective JNK3 inhibitor (Kd values are 66, 240 and 290 nM for JNK3, JNK1 and JNK2 respectively). Inhibits NF-κB/AP1 transcriptional activity in THP1-Blue cells (IC50 = 1.4 μM). Also inhibits TNF-α and IL-6 production in vitro.
