KJ Pyr 9 is a high affinity Myc inhibitor (Kd = 6.5 nM). Disrupts Myc-Max interaction. Inhibits Myc-dependent cancer cell line proliferation in vitro. Inhibits growth of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell xenografts in mice. Brain penetrant.
