Submit ReviewNSC 3852 is a histone deacetylase inhibitor. Causes cell differentiation and antiproliferative activity in MCF-7 human breast cancer cells in vitro and displays antitumor activity in vivo. Also exhibits antiproliferative, proapoptotic and differentiation effects in pediatric acute myeloid leukemia cell lines.

This poster summarizes the pathology of RA and the inflammatory processes involved, as well as describing some of the epigenetic modifications associated with the disease and the potential for targeting these changes in the discovery of new treatments.
