生物活性 for Ononetin

Ononetin is a naturally occurring deoxybenzoin. TRPM3 channel blocker (IC50 = 300 nM). Inhibits pregnenolone sulfate-induced intracellular Ca2+ accumulation in HEKmTRPM3 cells and dorsal root ganglia (DRG) neurons in vitro.
