生物活性 for PU 23

PU 23 is a multidrug resistance protein (MRP) 4 inhibitor. Sensitizes MRP4-overexpressing cells to the anticancer agent 6-Mercaptopurine (Cat. No. 4103; 6-MP) (IC50 values are 14.11 and 6.06 μM in the absence and presence of compound, respectively). Increases accumulation of 6-MP in MRP4-overexpressing cells.

Programmed Cell Death Poster

Programmed Cell Death Poster

There are two currently recognized forms of programmed cell death: apoptosis and necroptosis. This poster summarizes the signaling pathways involved in apoptosis, necroptosis and cell survival following death receptor activation, and highlights the influence of the molecular switch, cFLIP, on cell fate.
