生物活性 for SD 169

Selective, orally active, ATP-competitive inhibitor of p38α MAPK (IC50 values are 3.2, 122 and > 50000 nM for p38α, p38β and p38γ respectively). Demonstrates no activity against a range of other kinases including ERK2, JNK1 and MAPKAP2. Prevents development of diabetes and alleviates mild and moderate hyperglycaemic states in NOD mice.

MAPK Signaling Scientific Review

MAPK Signaling Scientific Review

MAP kinase signaling is integral to the regulation of numerous cellular processes such as proliferation and differentiation, and as a result is an important focus of cancer and immunology research. Updated for 2016, this review discusses the regulation of the MAPK pathway and properties of MAPK cascades. Compounds available from Tocris are listed.
