生物活性 for SLU-PP-332

SLU-PP-332 is a potent and selective pan estrogen related receptor (ERR) agonist (EC50 values are 98 nM, 230 nM and 430 nM for ERRα, ERRβ and ERRγ respectively). In a mouse model of metabolic syndrome SLU-PP-332 increases energy expenditure and fatty acid oxidation, decreases fat mass, and improves insulin sensitivity. Also increases mitochondrial respiration in vitro.
