T 112 is an estrogen-related receptor gamma (ERRγ) agonist. Promotes maturation of hiPSC-derived cardiomyocytes. T 112 accelerates metabolic and sarcomere maturation in cardiomyocytes, as well as maturation of contractile and electrophysiological properties and ultrastructure organization, when used alone or in combination with other small molecules.
