生物活性 for tri-GalNAc biotin

Tri-GalNAc-biotin is a biotinylated asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR) ligand for lysosomal targeting chimera (LYTAC) research and development, comprising a triantennary N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) joined by a PEG linker to biotin. Tri-GalNAc-biotin can induce ASGPR-mediated endocytosis and trafficking of fluorescently labeled neutravidin for lysosomal degradation in HepG2 cells in a time-dependent manner. The increase in fluorescent signal within cells plateaus after 16-20h, and this effect can be inhibited by addition of tri-GalNAc COOH (Cat. No. 7401).
