omega -Conotoxin MVIIC in combination with tetrodotoxin was used to clear stimulation artifact from whole-cell electrophysiological response of cerebellar granule cell. Top trace: control response; bottom trace: conotoxin (10 nM) + omega -Conotoxin MVIIC (1 microM) added to perfusion solution.
We used all these compounds which were dissolved in DMSO and added to fresh culture media. Concentration reference paper PMID: 27186076
