Submit ReviewWY 45233 succinate is a serotonin and noradrenalin reuptake inhibitor (SNRI); selective for human serotonin (SERT) and noradrenalin (NET) transporters against 96 other targets (Ki values are 40.2 and 558.4 nM for SERT and NET respectively). Inhibits [3H]5-HT and [3H]NE uptake (IC50 values are 47.3 and 531.3 nM). Salt form of the major active metabolite of venlafaxine (Cat. No. 2917).
