View all Glutamate (Metabotropic) Group III Receptors products.Z-Cyclopentyl-AP4 is a group III mGlu receptor agonist that exhibits higher potency at mGlu4 than mGlu8 (EC50 values are 49 and 124 μM respectively) with no activity at mGlu7. Selectively inhibits synaptic activity in the lateral perforant pathway (IC50 values are 130 and 1859 μM in the lateral and medial perforant pathways respectively). Conformationally restrained analog of L-AP4 (Cat No. 0103).

The key feature of drug addiction is the inability to stop using a drug despite clear evidence of harm. This poster describes the brain circuits associated with addiction, and provides an overview of the main classes of addictive drugs and the neurotransmitter systems that they target.
Parkinson's disease (PD) causes chronic disability and is the second most common neurodegenerative condition. This poster outlines the neurobiology of the disease, as well as highlighting current therapeutic treatments for symptomatic PD, and emerging therapeutic strategies to delay PD onset and progression.
