Biological Activity for 2',3'-cGAMP sodium salt

2',3'-cGAMP sodium salt is a endogenous high affinity STING agonist (Kd values are 3.79 and 120 nM for human and rat STING, respectively). Induces repolarization of M2 macrophages in vitro.
