Biological Activity for AG 205

AG 205 is a progesterone receptor membrane component 1 (Pgrmc1) ligand. Inhibits cell cycle progression and cell viability in cancer cell lines. Inhibits progesterone induced cytosolic Ca2+ increases in GnRH neurons in vitro.
