Biological Activity for BF 2649 hydrochloride

BF 2649 hydrochloride is a potent and selective histamine H3 receptor inverse agonist (EC50 = 1.5 nM, Ki = 0.16 nM). Exhibits nootropic effects in cognitive disorders; reduces locomotor hyperactivity induced by methamphetamine. Brain penetrant.
