Biological Activity for CD 1530

CD 1530 is a potent and selective RARγ receptor agonist (Ki values are 150, 1500 and 2750 nM for RARγ, RARβ and RARα receptors respectively). Activates transcriptional activity (AC50 = 1.8 nM).
