Biological Activity for Cinalukast
Potent, selective CysLT1 (LTD4) leukotriene receptor antagonist (IC50 = 6.4 nM). Inhibits LTD4-induced bronchoconstriction in guinea pigs when administered intravenously, orally or by aerosol.
