Biological Activity for Desipramine hydrochloride
Desipramine hydrochloride is a tricyclic antidepressant that is a selective inhibitor of noradrenalin transporters (Ki values are 4, 61 and 78720 nM for NET, SERT and DAT transporters respectively).
