Biological Activity for FIPI

FIPI is a potent phosholipase D (PLD) inhibitor (IC50 values are 20 and 25 nM for PLD2 and PLD1 respectively). Ameliorates PLD2-driven suppression of membrane ruffling and cell spreading. Orally available.
