Biological Activity for Fluorobexarotene
Fluorobexarotene is a RXR agonist (Ki = 12 nM; EC50 = 43 nM at RXRα receptors). Displays similar RAR agonist activity to bexarotene; exhibits an apparent RXR binding affinity 75% greater than bexarotene.
