Biological Activity for FSEN 1

FSEN 1 is a ferroptosis suppressor protein 1 (FSP1) inhibitor (IC50 = 313 nM). FSEN 1 sensitizes lung cancer cells and organoids to ferroptosis (EC50 = 69 nM) through inhibition of FSP1. Inhibits FSP1 CoQ1 oxidoreductase activity (IC50 = 688 nM).
