Fluorescence Imaging Applications in HeLa cells for MitoMark Green I View Larger

Applications in HeLa cells for MitoMark Green I. Application of MitoMark Green I: MitoMark Green I was diluted in HBSS and applied to live HeLa cells at a concentration of 200 nM. HeLa cells were incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. After incubation was complete, MitoMark Green I dilutions were washed off, and fresh HBSS was applied to the cells. Cells were not fixed because MitoMark Green I staining is not retained well after fixation (photobleach). Live cell staining is optimal for MitoMark Green I.
