Biological Activity for SJFδ

SJFδ is a potent and selective PROTAC ® Degrader of p38δ (DC50 = 46.17 nM; Dmax = 99.41%). SJFδ comprises the multikinase inhibitor foretinib joined by a linker to a VHL ligand. Exhibits no significant degradation of p38α, β or γ. Selectively degrades p38δ in MDA-MB-231 cells.
