For customers in North America, Central/South America and the Pacific Rim*

All Tocris orders will be fulfilled by Bio-Techne*. There are specific charges for orders containing DEA controlled substances or Dangerous Goods, see below for details. For all other shipping times and charges please email info@bio-techne.com or call +1 612 379 2956.

DEA Controlled Substances

Orders for DEA controlled substances shipped within North America will incur a $43 administration fee to cover license expenses.

Dangerous Goods

Orders for products classified with a UN number will incur a $10 dangerous goods packaging fee.

*With the exception of customers in Australia; Bangladesh; Brazil; Chile; China; Hong Kong, China; India; Israel; Japan; Korea; Malaysia; Mexico; New Zealand; Singapore; Taiwan, China; Thailand and Vietnam. Customers in these countries or regions are invited to contact their local Tocris distributor directly for their terms and conditions of sale.

For customers in Italy

All Tocris orders for customers in Italy will be fulfilled by Space Import-Export srl, a Bio-Techne company. A shipping charge of €30 apply to all orders. Shipping times may vary. Please contact Space Import-Export srl for details.

Home Office Controlled Substances

Orders for Home Office controlled substances will incur an administration fee of up to €250 to cover license expenses and shipping times may differ. Customers will be notified prior to dispatch.

For customers in the Eurozone (except Italy)

Orders received before 3pm GMT will normally be dispatched the same day by express courier delivery service. All orders within the Eurozone qualify for free shipping.
