Customers in the UK

VAT will be charged at the current UK rate (20 %) unless 'VAT exempt' is stated clearly on the order. VAT exempt orders must have a valid copy of your VAT exemption certificate attached in order for VAT not to be charged.

Customers in France

TVA will be charged at the current rate (20.0%) unless 'TVA exempt' is stated clearly on the order. TVA exempt orders must have a valid copy of your TVA exemption certificate attached in order for TVA not to be charged.

Customers in Germany

VAT will be charged at the current rate (19%) unless 'VAT exempt' is stated clearly on the order and a valid VAT Number is provided.

Customers in Italy

IVA will be charged at the current rate (22.0%) unless 'IVA exempt' is stated clearly on the order. IVA exempt orders must have a valid copy of your IVA exemption certificate attached in order for IVA not to be charged.

Customers in the EU

An EU VAT number must be provided in order to avoid being charged VAT at the current UK rate (20%).
