生物活性 for α-Synuclein Degrader 2b

α-Synuclein Degrader 2b is a selective α-synuclein Degrader (PROTAC®) (DC50 = 7.5 μM; Dmax = 89%). Comprises the probe molecule sery308, joined by a linker to a pomalidomide E3 ligase ligand. Activates both proteasomal and lysosomal degradation pathways. Protects SH-SY5Y cells from α-synuclein-induced cytotoxicity. Cell permeable.

Degraders (e.g. PROTACs) are bifunctional small molecules, that harness the Ubiquitin Proteasome System (UPS) to selectively degrade target proteins within cells.
