生物活性 for Abn-CBD

Abn-CBD is a neurobehaviorally inactive cannabinoid that acts as a selective agonist for GPR55 (EC50 values are 2.5, >30 and >30 μM at GPR55, CB1 and CB2 receptors respectively). Increases phosphorylation of protein kinases in, and migration of, human umbilical vein endothelial cells.
