生物活性 for BC 11-38

BC 11-38 is a selective phosphodiesterase (PDE) 11 inhibitor (IC50 = 0.28 μM for PDE11; IC50 values are >100 μM for PDE1 - PDE10). Significantly elevates cAMP levels and cortisol production in H295R human adenocarcinoma cells.
