生物活性 for DFMO

DFMO is an irreversible inhibitor of ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) that inhibits polyamine biosynthesis. Displays antiapoptotic, antiangiogenic and antiparasitic activity. Induces re-expression of aberrantly silenced tumor suppressor genes when used in combination with oligoamine analogs.
