Submit ReviewDHC-156 is a brachyury down modulator (DC50 = 4.1 μM, DMax > 99% at 10 μM). DHC-156 down modulates brachyury post-translationally, in a proteasome- and lysosome-independent manner. DHC-156 down modulation of brachyury results in an irreversible impairment of chordoma tumor cell growth.
