生物活性 for ITX 3

ITX 3 is a selective inhibitor of TrioN RhoGEF activity. Inhibits TrioN-mediated GTP exchange on RhoG and Rac1, formation of TrioN-induced cellular structures in REF52 fibroblasts and NGF-mediated neurite outgrowth in PC12 cells in vitro.
