Submit ReviewL-703,664 succinate is a 5-HT1D receptor agonist that displays selectivity over other 5-HT receptor subtypes (pIC50 values are 7.2, 6.1, < 5.0 and < 5.0 for 5-HT1D, 5-HT1A, 5-HT2A and 5-HT3 respectively) and other receptors (pIC50 < 5.0 for adenosine, adrenergic, excitatory amino acids, dopamine, histamine, muscarinic, nicotinic and opiate receptors).
