Neuropeptide S (Mouse) is a potent endogenous neuropeptide S receptor (NPSR) agonist (EC50 = 3 nM). Induces mobilization of intracellular Ca2+. Increases locomotor activity and wakefulness in mice. Also reduces anxiety-like behavior in mice.
