Sipatrigine is a blocker of voltage-dependent sodium channels (NaV). Inhibits glutamate release; displays neuroprotective activity in rat models of cerebral ischemia. Also thought to block Ca2+ channels. Analog of lamotrigine (Cat. No. 1611).
